Who we are

Warren Boxing Management Ltd ("WBM", "we", "us") is registered in England and Wales, company number 13436828. Our registered office is Unit 1.03 Omnibus House, 39-41 North Road, London, N7 9DP. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at info@warrenboxingmanagement.uk.

What we collect and why

Enquiry forms: when you use a form on this site we collect your name, email address, message and anything else you choose to tell us. We use this to reply to your enquiry about tickets, fighters, classes or sponsorship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in running our business, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

News and updates: if you tick the box to sign up for news and updates, we will use your email address to send you news about WBM events. Our lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Ticket purchases: tickets are bought on secure payment pages provided by SumUp. SumUp processes your payment details; we do not see or store your card details. We receive the purchase information we need to issue and manage your tickets. Our lawful basis is performing our contract with you. SumUp’s own privacy policy applies to the information it collects.

Website use: this site is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies and collects limited usage information. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the site and our events: Squarespace (website hosting and forms), SumUp (payments) and Google (spam protection on our forms and website fonts). We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless we have an ongoing relationship with you. We keep accounting and ticketing records for as long as the law requires, usually six years.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@warrenboxingmanagement.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
