Ticket Terms and Conditions
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms apply to every ticket bought for an event promoted by Warren Boxing Management Ltd ("WBM", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, number 13436828. By buying or using a ticket you agree to them.
1. Buying tickets
- Tickets are sold through our website using secure payment links provided by SumUp. Your payment is taken by SumUp and you will receive a payment confirmation by email.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. Ticket types (for example General Admission, Premium and VIP) have the benefits described at the time of purchase.
- A ticket is only valid once payment has been received in full. We may cancel any ticket bought in error, for example at a wrongly displayed price, and will refund it in full.
- Please keep your confirmation email. You will need it, with photo ID, to collect or show your ticket on the night. If you do not receive it within a few hours, contact us at info@warrenboxingmanagement.uk.
2. Entry
- Everyone must bring photo ID for entry. We may refuse entry if ID cannot be shown.
- Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Doors open at the time announced for each event. Entry may be refused or delayed for safety or capacity reasons.
- We and the venue may search bags and people on entry. Anything we consider unsafe, including glass, weapons, fireworks, illegal substances and anything that could be used as a missile, will be refused.
- The ticket holder is responsible for the safekeeping of their ticket. We cannot replace lost, stolen or copied tickets, and we may refuse entry to anyone whose ticket has already been used.
3. Refunds and cancellations
- Tickets are for a leisure event on a specific date, so the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply. Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable once bought, except as set out in these terms.
- If an event is cancelled, we will refund the ticket price. Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of the cancellation being announced.
- If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us within 14 days of the announcement of the new date and we will refund the ticket price.
- We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with an event.
4. Changes to the event
- Boxing is a live sport. Bouts, fighters, the running order and start times may change at short notice, including because of injury, illness, medical or licensing decisions or opponent withdrawals. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
- We may change the venue, schedule or ticket benefits where we reasonably need to. We will tell ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.
- If an event is stopped or cut short for reasons outside our control, we are not required to give a refund unless the event is cancelled before it has started.
5. Resale
- Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at a profit, or used for advertising, promotions or competitions, without our written permission. We may cancel tickets that we reasonably believe have been resold in breach of this rule, without refund.
- If you can no longer attend, you may pass your ticket to a friend or family member at face value.
6. Behaviour and venue rules
- You must follow the venue's rules and the instructions of our staff, security and the venue's staff.
- We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is abusive, threatening, drunk, disorderly or otherwise a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others. No refund will be given if this happens.
- Please do not enter the ring or the area around it.
7. Filming and photography
Our events are filmed and photographed, including for broadcast on WBM Live and on social media. By attending you agree that you may appear in footage and images, which we may use for promotion and broadcast without payment. If you have a concern, please speak to a member of our team on the night.
8. Health and safety
You attend at your own risk. Events involve loud noise, bright and flashing lights and crowds. If you have a medical condition or access requirements, please contact us before the event so that we can try to help.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage to your property at an event, or for any indirect loss. Our total liability to you for any ticket is limited to the price you paid for it.
10. Your information
We use the information you give us only to run the event and deal with your ticket, in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. General
- We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you bought your ticket apply to that ticket.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
